Refund Policy

Products

In case of an allergic reaction all products are subject to return, in this case there will be a store credit granted towards a product or a service. In all other instances, if the product has not been opened or used and is accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of original purchase, a store credit will also be issued. There are no refunds, only store credit exchanges can only be on unused product and be in its original packaging.

Services

No refunds are given for pre-purchased services, only spa credit. No refunds or spa credit given for proper services rendered. Special Voucher Pricing and Coupons go back to original pricing as we don’t provide refunds on discounted services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Since we turn other clients away to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $35 charge per hour of service on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). Groups of 3 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice. Absolutely no exceptions can be made to our cancellation policy. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
