Refund Policy: In case of an allergic reaction all products are subject to return, in this case there will be a store credit granted towards a product or a service. In all other instances, if the product has not been opened or used and is accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of original purchase, a store credit will also be issued. There are no refunds, only store credit exchanges can only be on unused product and be in its original packaging.
Service Refund Via Voucher: Pricing goes back to original pricing, as we don’t honor Groupon refunds on discounted service.
Injections & Pharmaceutical Products: Injectables are non-refundable they are prepackaged and pre order for client and cannot be refunded. Merz Pharmaceuticals is the maker of product, if you wish to dissolve any filler work, the cost of a protein dissolver is $500.00. This treatment is an elected service and you have consented to this injection.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (303)404-0255 or email us within 24 hours prior to appointment. Since we turn other clients away to hold your reservation, any cancellations less than 24hours notice will result in a $35-dollar charge (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). Groups of 3 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice. Absolutely no exceptions can be made to our cancellation policy. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
